The weeks training set

  • Sunday: Open water swim (1200 mtrs approx.)
  • Monday: 5 mile coached run
  • Tuesday: Open water swim (800mtrs)
  • Wednesday: Pool swim (800 mtrs) & 1.5 mile run
  • Thursday: 30 min run
  • Friday: Transition training and brick session of 10 mile bike followed by 2 mile run.
  • Saturday: Rest day: walking 5/6hours
  • Sunday: 1.15hr bike ride (16 miles approx.)
