The week

Not a bad week, almost 7 hours training in total with the finish being a 1hr and 45 min 28 mile ride very early this morning. Admittedly followed by a nap.

The most difficult thing I am finding is still getting enough time to swim. I am hoping to get an open water swim session in this week, having failed last week. The good news is that when I am in Great Yarmouth mid week for a couple of weeks ahead of the August race, due to recess, I am close to Fritton Lake which has open water swimming 3 times a week and I plan to make the most of the opportunity and get over there a few times to do 1500 mtrs in open water.
